Muay Thai is a part of Thai culture and to have a bunch of foreigners coming to their homeland, learn their fighting style, and expect to be given respect for something They've been practicing their whole life possibly would make you talk trash TOO. Most of the fights were not impressive because of reach, size, weight. Vera is impressive though. Much better than her husband and Carano.

this was a muaythai title fight,kerry was world champion and so was julie so there is no quibble about who had the most fights(are you saying that my precious hometown girl should not have been in with another world champion?) and incase you didnt know about the scoring knees score big time. do more homework before taking on a quality fighter like julie or take up kickboxing instead.if getting owned means winning 4 out of 5 rounds then yes she did.julie is happy to rematch anytime.

Thailand produces some of the toughest Muay thai fighters. She fought the champion at the time that was in her weight class, it doesn't look like it but she did...she(Kerry) had to really skim down on weight...I think she lost 10 pounds in 3 days. So yeah.

If you've ever been to Phuket you'd know how much a being a "champion" there meant, which is precisely nothing. The girl she fought obviously sucked and she was obviously out of her weight class, even if she did cut. I thought it was pretty well known how setup these Fightgirl fights were. Try putting her in with Germaine De Randamie and you'll see how good she really is.

Really doesn't matter how long you've been training if you've been told to lose. Now I can't say that's for sure how it went, but 1) Toddy has a reputation for fixing fights in Thailand and 2) Every fight with a foreigner against Thai I ever saw in Phuket was fixed.
