To me, ships are like people, so the R.M.S. Titanic was born in 1911 when she was launched and died in 1912 when she sank. Ashame died some time after her own birthday.

There was supposed to be a project to rebuild the Titanic and even some of the other ships of that era. What ever happened to it?. I could love to see them sail the seas again in the Centennial of their original sailing trips.

So far 5 Cunard 'Queen' ships. The 1st Queen Mary of 1936 followed by her beautiful fleetmate the Queen Elizabeth of 1940. The third Queen is the famous QE2 and her replacement is the huge Queen Mary 2. The latest 'Queen' is the Queen Victoria but to many she is nothing more than a boxy cruise ship and not a fast ocean liner. Her near sister will be the new Queen Elizabeth-another boxy cruise ship and not an elegant true Cunard Queen liner.

by definition, Queen Victoria, and Queen Elizabeth arent ocean liners, but curise ships.

They dont carry the RMS signature(as all liners do) but carry MS instead

in my opinion, cunard's latest ships are cruise ships painted to look like liners, they arte not true queens in my opinion

There's the QE2, Queen Elizabeth and the Queen Mary and uh... the 'Queen' Victoria (I just call her Vicky and Cunard is planning a third Elizabeth which I refer to as Lizzie, neither of them deserve the Queen name) None of the Cunard Queens sank.
