In many counties, there are illegal dumpsites. When I heard on the news that she was dumped where there is trash and deer carcasses, I knew it had to be at an off the road, illegal dumpsite. I heard it on one of the news channels, I usually have CNN or Headline on. It was before she was found. There are illegal dumpsites all over in areas with a lot of hunting. I lived in SC for 30 years, and can name ten. Not unusual for deer carcasses to be dumped, they field dress them, and dump the rest.I kept a log in Richland County, and there is a site on Hilltop Road, at the end, an abandoned curve, over 100 dumpings in one season alone.
