I want this game so badly, but I can't navigate the site, and I have no idea how to install. Also, I have no idea what the controls are.

Very nice combo. What conditions refill your CC gauge, besides going into Overlimit?

The CC gauge refills to an amount merely after a short pause after a character with CC is done using an attack or a combo of attacks.

I'm pretty sure that the CC gauge will sometimes also go up by small values such as +1 or +2 when attacking.
