other two races have more options than zerg? Uhh, have you seen protoss? It's either four gate or three gate expo w/ one of two tech paths. Zerg have six pool, ten pool aggro, fourteen pool w/ roaches or muta's or infestors, icefisher and a handful of others.

So hard to beat zerg late game now because of that combo. Terran can't take air control, as mass vikings, to kill the corrupters and broods, will just evaporate to fungal. So you have to rely on marines... vs broodlings, fungal and banelings, ugh! Basically mass ghosts for emps and sniping is the only fragile hope.

Max Upgrades, consistent pressure (drops) when turtling/expanding, basically making sure not to leave Z alone. Macro slipped at the end but he still played it out even though he already lost quite early on. Spanishiwa just wasn't able give the killing blow right away. You just got caught up with Psy's blabber. if i thought like you I'd call out Spanishiwa being a noob for not getting speed

EMP does hit your own units. Terrans often want to be smart and EMP an observer which is sitting on top of their CC, instead of using a scan. However, the Orbital's energy is drained as well, which makes them look like idiots ;)
