That chassis looks like a U9200. I have the exact same one on my UMK3 cab. That chassis combines the Horizontal and Vertical syncs onto the one pin (the one closest to the monitor). Your connections appear to be correct. You may need to combine the H&V sync wires from the jamma harness if they are not already, then see what that does. Try tracing that yellow wire back and see what it goes to before twisting it with your other sync wire.
