You know how difficult it is to think of the voices individually... my brain will always flash image of the seiyuu (though in KM I can only remember Yuji Kousa's - hey, not bad for Midou ^^) and when I try to "imagine" M!Katsuya's moans and screams (as uke) and whatever during his rabu rabu ^^, I'll automatically be directed to Hirakawa (now I know his face lol) and to obviously, N!Katsuya.
