if you are good in football (soocer) and if you play Basketball you will have an advantage in footwork 9 out of 10 times..also ex soccer basketball players are VERY creative out on the field..you can tell if someone has played soccer and is playing basketball ..usually they stand out..not to say that this is the reason why Kobe is so good..but it definitely helps.
