Im a keeper for a soccer team. Last week I accidentally put my hand through a window. I got 30 stitches over a couple fingers.
Last night was the championship. I threw my back out making a save...that pain made me completely forget about my hand.
There was no way i wasnt gonna play that game...and its a fuckin indoor soccer league that doesnt mean shit...it aint the NFC championship.

yeah ben i guess all qb's that have any shred of talent play amazing in their first big time playoff game. except not.
and he's a quitter? he played a whole season not knowing he had diabetes. and he was sacked more times than any other qb this season; he missed only one game and that was a direct result of the NFL's tough stance on concussions.

I know what I speak of since my team had a QB that would refuse to come out even if he was a detrement to his team.
Also Ben, if the game was close when Cutler went out (they were down by 21 points), how much closer was it when Hanie came in. (1 throw away)
I hate defending him but the moron media (Ben and Rick Reilly) makes me feel sorry for him. It is undeserved.

Packer fan here. I dislike Cutler, think he sucks, and would never want him QB on my team.
That being said, anyone who questions Jay toughness is a douchebag idiot. Did y'all not see the guy get sacked 9 times in one half this year (against the Giants) and keep getting up and trying to play?
Cutler was ineffective when he was healthy. What makes anyone think he would have been better on a bum knee. Him coming out of the game gave the Bears the best chance to win. It was unselfish.

@marem19 You're so ignorant. Jay sprained his mcl on the 1st play of the 2nd quarter. He stayed in the game but his accuracy was off as his planting foot was completely unstable, he was missing throws that needed to be made and hurting his team.They tried to give it a go after the half but Jays first pass was another bad one as he was literally bouncing off of his back foot to throw. Look at the fucking tape.

And with him getting hurt at the start of the first only shows that he can't play hurt unlike Big Ben Farve Brady etc etc. Either way it wouldn't have mattered cause like Brian Baldinger said even healthy if Jay Cutler played the rest of the game the Bears wouldn't have scored a point
