  • image looks very crappy hope you paid a little money for that shit cam my web cam takes better video than your newly purchased cam

  • what effect is that you used on the video????where it blurs around the edge?????

  • @holladaycubed I use a filter from Red Giant Magic Bullet Looks called "Swing Tilt".

  • Wow this is great quality. I am in the market for an HD camera. Was looking at the JVC Picsio but this camera is looking like a winner. I'm a mac guy do you know if its compatible? Thanks for sharing.

  • the3rdceo, Hello. Thank you for the comments. The Vado HD is an excellent camera. I did add some effects to it post production though. I believe it is very possible to use it on a MAC.

  • Hey, i have a vado hd and just got Pinnacle 12 and i cant get Pinnacle to work with the file type. how did you get it to work? I want to make some videos as nice as yours!

  • Wow, the sound sucks on the Vado. A little bit.

  • It was quite a tricky environment to shoot in, with all the people around.. it is hard to get a single person even with a normal camcorder. I also made the background music a bit to loud.

  • do they have a hd version of the vado plzz reply and does it have a light built in plzz reply

  • Hello, Yes I used the HD version of the Vado to shoot this video. No, there is no light built into it.

  • she's in my economics class!!!

  • Tell her I said hello and thank you again :-)

  • Great Quality!!! I also have the Vado HD cam. Check out my video. How do I get Youtube to show it in HD, not just High Quality? I see there's a big diference.

  • photolitherland: Hello, I used Pinnacle Studio 12 Ultimate and some filters from Magic Bullet called "Looks". Those filters actually come with Pinnacle Studio 12 Ultimate.

  • Sweet cam -- lovin' mine too. Keep it up, I want to see what all it's capable of.

  • Thanks eviljimmi! :-)

  • Man after watching these sample videos of the Vado HD here, I no longer have any preemptive buyer's remorse. I bought it for a trip to Japan, so I'll get some good stuff and upload it to YouTube. Thanks for the vid.

  • Wow, I look forward to seeing your footage from Japan. Sounds like a fun trip. You might want to take at least a monopod with you to help keep the cam steady. Let me know when you upload some footage. Cheers :-)

  • Will do.

  • ok i had small doubts on the Vado HD but after this vid, its a must buy. thanks.

  • Hey, great... after a few days of testing it is a very nice little cam. I think you will like it. Let me know if you upload any footage.

  • Good job, I like the soft focus filter,, By the way, those roses die really fast due to being in the sun all day, don't buy them.. HA

  • Thanks! I like that effect as well. Those were the best roses out there that day. Don't think twice, buy them! It's the thought and gift that last forever ;-)

  • Good job, Os. The HD looks good.

  • Thanks Bob! Its not bad for a budget $199.99 pocket cam. There is more compression in the youtube video than you get with the raw footage. You can record up to 4 hours of HD internally to the device :-)

  • Nice quality cam!

  • If you are not viewing this in high definition, please click on "watch in hd" under the volume control of the video above. It was captured using a Creative Labs Vado HD, 720P. Thanks...
