An amazing sound and interpretation of this piece. You have to be quite original to really make a masterpiece, let alone get through the tune and sound musical, and wynton does quite well. Notice how his embrochure stays fairly consistent. He uses air, which took him from 9th grade to 11th to get down. Lessons from Prof(William Fielder). He still has a little chop problems every now and then, but thats cool cause all he really needs is air to flow.
Wyntons the best when it comes down to being creative with rhythms!

@putput00 i think his chops were at their best in the mid 90s
however he sounds MUCH better now as a musician :)
