@Shewolfen That would make no sense. F and B are an augmented fourth apart. I think you mean F and B-flat. The original is indeed in F, I think, whereas I worked it out in C.
@SillySammy4567 In earlier comments, I mention the chords I'm playing. Whether the original was in the same key or not, I've never bothered to check. Once you have the chords down, it's easy enough to figure out the melody.
Hey! Can you tell me the chords to that song?! A friend and myself want to do a ukulele rendition of the song. Thanks for any information you have. Just the bass (left hand) chords would be nice! :)
hmm for some reason I can't post a corrected answer. I had a typo, so removed my comment, and now I can't post the corrected comment. Some sort of anti-spam thing? Uh, YouTube, I'm hardly likely to spam my own video...
It's basically tonic-subdominant-tonic. At the end of the verse, it does a dominant-subdominant-tonic. I don't know what key the original is in; I'm just playing it in C here.
to be honest i have NO idea what any of that means. haha, sorry, do you have just the basic left had note/ chords? like A B C DE F? Thanks for any help!
I was reluctant to say the chords I'm playing because I don't know if the original song is in the same key that I was playing. But in C, it uses mainly C-F-C, with a G7-F-C at the end of the verse.
These days I only make MIDI files of my own compositions, pretty much, with the occasional other thing here and there. My channel page has a link to my MIDI page, which is mostly a collection of MIDI files I did from 1990 though about 1994. I did a lot more than that in the late '80s but never converted them from the Amiga to the PC.
the backgrounds unnecessary, but this is quite awesome :)
