But fail to realize, filmmakers uses peoples fear or reactions towards something of the unknown and make movies out of it. Back in the 50s is a perfected example. There was a lot of UFO sightings and the government being involved drove some people nuts over it. And there filmmakers made a lot of movies about alien invasion at the time. Just like today's 2012 DOOM!

@kruimels Look up the concept behind "correlation does not imply causation" -- just because something happens at the same time does not automatically imply that one causes the other. You live on a geologically active planet so I would first look to more Earthly causes before jumping to conclusions about magical planets like Nibiru.
