Problem was that the american doctorine at the time was for fighting a huge coventional but quick war in europe and not a slow moving grinding guerilla / insurgency war like vietnam,malaysia.excellent upload thank you for your time and effort

the big mistake was that US goverment wanted GI to come to VietNam, this fact gave VC a big reason to fight against the south vietnameses!

Excellent. Great factual account of the events. To know that Vietnam was a democratic republic, is to know it still would be had the US supported them against the french and japenase. 30 yrs of FUBAR. Everybody lost that war.
