It's one of the most beautiful routines I have ever seen throughout the 6 seasons, and was danced brilliantly! But I have to say I'm quite disappointed with the judges' reactions. The feedback was positive, but it felt a bit flat. The judges didn't give standing ovations or even used the words "exceptional", "fabulous", etc. So I was wondering what is wrong with the judges???

@maudesuzelle the judges did not give the appropriate kudos because, as usual, they did not know what to DO with this piece. It was beyond their realm of understanding (excluding Debbie Allen, who was perhaps the only one who truly understood what she was looking at). I gave up on this show after this season.

I've seen many kinds of dances, including ballet, and my hub and I are ballroom dancers, grew up with the stuff. This dance was BREATHTAKING. The moves were alien. As of this watching, I've probably watched this one dance 200 times! The way it goes with the music. Perfection.

There has NOT and will NOT be a better performance this season! The routine performed by Lacey and Neil of Mia's choreography with the flowers on stage does NOT compare as far as I'm concerned.

Lacey and Neil contemporary wasn't even DANCING! It was acting. It was a manipulated piece! This routine is flawless!

the contemporary piece was both, and it was performed well by both, you cant take that away from the piece. However, i agree that hok and jamie took unique choreography and made it a wonderful, interesting piece of sytycd history

This is one of the best pieces of dance I've ever seen. Absolutely mesmerizing from start to finish. I was completely held captive in its spell. Robson gets on my nerves sometimes as a guest judge, but I can't deny his genius here.

WOW!! I remember when I fisrt saw them dance this routine! It made me cry! I have no idea why! It may be because The dancing Mixed with the excellent music made me kind of sad. GO HOK!!!!!
