This...this was epic, truly epic. What a battle. This is the kind of boss fight Magus should always be! Just a step away from death every step of the way. No luck, just utmost skill and timing. That's the best RPG battle I've seen in a long, long time. I applaud you, sir. Chrono Trigger doesn't get much better than this! I'm surprised my computer didn't explode from the epicness overload.

I eagerly await what lies ahead...

Surprised you didn't opt for extra HP for extra safety. I remember when I did this battle in the LLG ages ago, I barely had enough time to end the battle after running out of Barriers.
