I was at a show in the mid 90's in Tampa FL where he got hit with a water bottle and he was pissed... No joking about it he was so pissed he said he would never come back to tampa again!! I never missed a show back then they was always the best.. Never understood why the fuck people have to be dumb asses!!

@Tylerrr51 - and also considering that that particular bass is a one-of-a-kind RELIC - serious! It has been documented that Les' Carl Thompson fretted 6-string (NOT the rainbow bass) was THE FIRST EVER FRETLESS 6-STRING ELECTRIC BASS GUITAR EVER MADE. (Les added frets to it later on)

Please note the very slim neck on it compared to standart 6-string basses today.

Okay, yeah. Based on other audios I've heard and my experience at the LV Pavilion over the summer, I'll have to admit it: Les Claypool really needs to stop being a shit about these things. Love the guy and I'm sad that people would do shit like this and in a perfect world everyone would have the curiosity to not do such things but, seriously. We pay good money to see you play, not bitch. One redneck should not get you all red and half to ruin the experience for the other 40,000 at his shows.
