Ive got ALL his songs including the unreleased 17 Makaveli albums that were leaked in 97, I know Pacs work inside out & upside down. This guy may or may not be Pac but he is 99% the same. The 1% difference is the political side that Kas dont get involved with...that may be the reason Pac "died" so Kas dont want to get the governments attention. If you or any other fan cant see any similarities then youre not a Pac fan.
