i have not played in a while but before you press start in FS, find failures button at the bottom, then set what you want to fail, this can also be done in game by pressing ctrl plane, failures.

2 things, why were you so low in the first place? also, why did the have the throttles at full? that is a major pilot error. if you keep the engines gunned for too long, they will catch fire. oh and one more thing. why did you continue to pull up when you had spoilers on and your engines were on fire? there is a whole list of things that i could barely list in a few paragraphs. :)
