useless ideas,if you want to build pressing strength ,then bench and forget about bjj.If you want to break posture in guard,build hip flexor stength but do them seperately.Inverted sit ups with legs around a hanging bag would be better

good idea, if you had collar locks on your bar you could alternate your presses. you got some impressive vids.
