Probably a song someone would listen to while high, I dunno, I imagine they would, though. Probably works just as well as something to play in the background very quietly while talking a pretty girl's ear off, I dunno, I imagine it does.
I first heard this song years ago in Pandora and loved it. A dissonant masterpeace.
