You copy of Crysis should come with a copy of the editor. It should be on your Crysis CD/DVD.

The PS3 CryEngine3 is inferior to the PC's Engine2 It may be developed after the 2nd but it was developed so that the Consoles cant handel these things YET, but the PC still tryumphs but that depends on what your righ is like, so right at this point i don't give a shit about the graphics all that matters to me is that games are good and that they're playable.

1.Put the disk in.

2.when it loads quit.

3.Go to start in the left conner.

4.click on search.

5.Go to advanced serach click on Crysis disk.

6.search "crytek"

7.Then go into the file "bin32" and find editor then install it.

To get the editor installed from the DVD, put the dvd into the dvd-rom drive, go to My Compuer, right click on Crysis - open - sandbox2 - double click and it will install! :)

This is a very good point, I have a feeling it will be like BF2 or Joint Operations where it is mearly coordinate data transfered, its basically a very simple text file that contains all the coordinates of everything within the enviroment. Even something as complicated as these maps will be very small when done like this.

The level in the beta is a .PAK file that's 33mb large. So it might well end up being something like that, I'm afraid. There are also a couple of other files that are smaller than a megabyte.

But yeah, they probably will be that big.
