Ik denk dat het niet draaien van de wielen met de snelheid te maken heeft.

Op een bepaalde snelheid kan de camera het niet registreren en lijkt het dat de wielen slilstaan. De wielen zijn kleiner dus hebben een andere snelheid dan de grote wielen, die wel draaiend te zien zijn.
