@werewolf2058 mate not to be funny but its the first week of fight camp! you gradually build the intensity up otherwise you get burn out before you even get to the fight, i'm pretty sure the guys at wolfslair know what they are doing and this is always the way we train for fights at my gym by the last few weeks of the camp it will be full intensity with heavy workloads with the weight cutting starting to happen

bisping isnt a top 5 ufc middleweight, but he is still better than silva.

he has better striking technique than silva and considering what we saw with kang, bisping probably has a better ground game than silva.

silva has no technique. when silva tries to rush him and brawl with him bisping should just take him down and ground and pound.

after doing this a few times silva will stop rushing in to brawl and that is when bisping should use his good technical striking.

I started to dislike Bisping after he "beat" Hamill and his reaction after the fight. Then I disliked him even more when he coached on TUF and acted like a complete knob head. However after his loss to Hendo he seems to have changed and is more humble now.

However, I don't think he can take Wand's punches and will get laid out again, but I wish him the best!!!

I honestly rate the likes of Paul Daley and Dan Hardy much higher than Bisping. I like Bisping, and im actualy a fan of his, i just dont rate him THAT highly. Dan Hardy has had 3 fights in UFC and has title shot, Bisping has had 10 and he is still yet to reach that level. Dan Hardy beat a TOP CONTENDER in Mike Swick. Bisping has yet to do that. Kang was NOT a top contender. Daley also KOed a TOP CONTENDER in Kampman. IMO Bisping just hasnt proved he can compete with the best in his division.

I think losing to Henderson was the best thing to happened to Bisping. He seems less cocky and much more professional as the likes of Couture, Nogeira, Liddell...and yes, Wanderlei.

I used to dislike him very much, but he is slowly winning me over. I actually have nothing but good to say about all the new British fighters in the UFC. At the risk of inviting criticism upon myself, they are much more mature and professional than most of the young disfunctional Americans coming into the ranks.
