  • lame, ur doing sumo deadlifts and the weaghts are elivated, anybody can pick up heavy ass weight if u only have to lift 3 inches lmao. ur already almost starting in the lock out.

  • Anybody saying wraps are gay better do your research. If you dont use wraps your not lifting to your full potential so youre cheating your back. You dont always gotta use wraps, but when you go as heavy as this guy did they're a must.

  • @wesley830 nobody here knows what the fuck they're talking about. those are STRAPS, not wraps. wraps are what you wrap around your wrist/knees when you bench or squat. straps help to grip the weight. you're not losing gains on anything but your grip when you use straps. they dont help you lift more weight, they only help to grip it. and straps are not a must if you're going heavy. very few top powerlifters train with them, if any at all. your grip strength will lag if you rely on them

  • credit for holding that much weight but it was to high to be a true deadlift and you had terrible form... up and down movement wouldve gotten you red lighted at a meet

  • I give you props on 660 but the drag up the legs does is horrible.

    Use lower wieght like 460 and work on your form. Form is the key to a killer deadlift.

  • I would drop the wrist wrap's bro and go little lighter to work on your speed. Otherwise your grip will suffer!!! Practice going faster off the floor with less weight and you will nail that 660 in no time.
