The weapons are not the problem, we had wars without weapons. War starts in mind of a man. So the campaign should not be about "retire your weapons so the guys who don't can fuck you up even more easily", but it should be about "Oh hey, why don't we just change the behavioral patterns of homo sapiens so they would not want to use aggression to make their point".
