  • who we can get this plzz give me a link or igona fuck the google earth thx love you all plzz give me a link to downloaded thx

  • Google is going to RULE THE WORLD!!!!!!! In a good way. I'd much rather see a company like Google be #1 than other greedy companies like Microsoft or even worst... APPLE!

  • what if all police departments use this technology? Then this should cut down the crime rates around the world by 80 to 95%

  • i wanna download that

  • OMG I hope they place surveillance cameras in nude beaches!!

  • What's wrong with fucking cameras?

  • this looks like spying u can spy on your friends :D

  • soon we can have an amazing videogame called Life...and its based off google maps...you'll have a whole new level of sims...Maxis, get on this shit now!

  • we already have the technology but the richer people and the government get it first and we get what they had a few years before

  • This is awesome, but like flavor88 said, "faster internet".

  • We have the technology, we just have to put it together,

  • Technology is Gay -AC

  • shitty narrator

  • It seems like a large waste of cash for no reason. I think itll just promote stalkers and predators. They could see if a kid was nearby thier house or a person could follow someone. Soooo bad idea.

  • @0umbrellacorp Or governments for one, and theyll just get rid of the privacy filter.

  • @0umbrellacorp

Good point. It's not really necessary anyway, before they can get something productive out of it, it will only cause negative things.

  • oh big brother.. pah.. its a good idea...

    i agree with virility..

i think this would be really cool, plus, we're getting closer to the age of free with this.. combining different needs...

  • Big Brother is watching.

  • well that means only one thing... faster internet

  • Brilliant just the big brother world that the government was thinking...

  • @markusduff2006 ehm you mean google. ow no GOOGLE IS TAKEING OVER THE WORLD.. look at London.. that's diffrent, this is basic. ow look you see a person.. ok now what? yeap. nothing. chips are better at tracking people ;)

  • Where is Godzilla?

  • wow, I am happy I live in this area.

  • Can't wait when we can walk around with our own character in a exact copy of the whole world with graphics and physics like Crysis, in real time...

  • dont lag out though

  • @Nintenke yeh or you could just walk around in the real world.

  • NOOO BAD VOICE LADY

  • Just an elaborate excuse to plant cameras all over cities, streets etc

  • Yawn.

    Conspiracy theorists begone!

  • I'm for putting video cameras in everyone's house. watch everyone all the time! cheeky bastards! i cant wait for computer chip implantation at birth to track and monitor every minute of every day of every dirty human on this god forsaken planet. only a human would invent something like a God for themselves. Or the thought of some of inalienable rights and personal freedoms. stupid humans we all are.

  • Disturbing using a control mechanizam to watch us, the Luciferians are working on project anti-christ mark of the beast!

Come Lord Jesus and save us from these horrible men and their evil god.

  • Oh great another tool for the corporate elite, and international banker control freaks. To know exactly what were all doing!

    Big Brother!

  • just propaganda to program you to be sheep and snitches. just drink your fluoridated city water and get bone cancer and die. Eat your GMO corn chips and suffer organ failure at age 40 and also die.

    Zombies all of you!

  • THATS AWSOME

  • I think Google Maps will do this first Haha

  • u need more than 1mbps for that shit

  • looks like being a pedo just got a whole lot easier.

  • this is all just a cleverly disguised plot for the government to watch us at all times. fuck that shit

  • did you not hear it when she said people would be transformed to hide their identity

  • you stupid fucking moron, the images have to run through a program to hide the images, it wouldnt be that hard for the government to obtain unfiltered images.

  • w.e i'll leave your'e fucking paranoid anti goverment mind alone then retard

  • plus even the government would need like a permit or at least a good reason to use it, like use your head

  • lol @ how naive you are about life. the government does all kinds of shit behind our backs that they then try to cover up or deny when exposed (illegal wiretapping of phones authorized by the bush administration carried out by the CIA)

  • lol do i call it "lags"

  • Big Brother is watching!

  • this will jus encourage more terror attacks!

  • "Hide their identity", Do you really think they'd do that? Big Brother, let me suck your dick.

  • LOL

  • I don't see any point of this other than just eyecandy. It's science for the sake of science and nothing more . Don't bother.

Also, grat britain will be a fantastic place to begin this, seeing as it's littered with cameras.

  • i wonder how those living in crime ravaged cities would respond ?

  • Oh wait...I just had a text message from Mr. Orwell...it says: "I told you so".

  • Who needs this shit? Big Brother here we come

  • Comment removed

  • Great if that could be implemented to MS-flightsimulator-software!

  • @workforcetrust You'd need a pretty fast computer though!

  • live weather and traffic is nice.. but remember that government agencies would have a version that does not hide your identity..

  • Exactly, and everyone always forgets that freaky part, dont they?

  • they probably had this already like 5 years ago

  • special software will be available to make you identifiable to your wife. She'll know whether or not you went to the grocery store like she said to or stopped off at Smokey's Bar first. LOL

  • google maps 2.0 :P

  • this somehow relates with linear transformations right?

  • Ok, so Google Earth and the Sims will combine in the future. When exactly could I use this to bring the troops home? I am willing to go on a 24 hour Sim's marathon to do it too. Let me know when so I can order some pizza's and put a case of Mountain Dew code red on ice.

  • haha, can u watch an outdoor match or event on Google earth?

  • Effing cool!

  • "similations"

  • thats pretty awesome

  • now my anus hurts

  • @stdimg11 LOLOLOL

  • lol i think google may be going a lil overboard with this whole google earth thing. i mean its really cool sounding, but oh so pointless, lol

  • nah. useful. i use it at least.

  • i mean the whole live feed part, the actual earth idea is useful, but all these add-ons are just for lolz

  • I´m a little bit on fire.

  • I only smoke when I'm on fire.

  • We need this in EVERY poor communities!

  • It's like Stockholm syndrome: I now think her voice is sexy.

    :)

  • Good morning, Mr. Orwell.

  • I don't like this. I don't like this at all....

  • youd still be able to track people though, just find a time when you know its them, and follow them around, of course, whenever they get in a vehicle or go in a building the plan fucks up, but otherwise you could follow people

  • I sense creeper attacks!

  • her voice SUCKS!!!

  • Awesome and creepy.

  • one step closer to generating the matrix is my first thought

  • Ok this is cool also pretty creepy.

    lol, simolation.

  • I think the simulation thing can make it even nicer but there's no real point to it as long as it doesn't depict reality, only loosely. I think that it would be far more interesting to be able to see a live video of the entire Earth in real time. But then of course you have problems with privacy. But still interesting.

  • yay, Sandrine is back. God I missed that perfect elocution and glorious diction.

  • She should read audio books!

  • lol thats gonna be awsome, and it's gonna suck at the same time u cant thing the goverment aint gonna be using it to track peole n shit if they already arent

  • It is a VERY bad idea to incorporate compute predictions as if they were real. Predictions should be marked as such.

  • damn

well who need satellite imaging when you got google earth.

Allright i am going to Google earth and make it spin faster until it pops out of screen. ;-)

  • Google Earth:Stalker edition

  • LOFL, you read my mind

  • that would be funny ,, if it was nt true

  • @idontevenhavestuff Google Earth: Super-bowl Edition. 100% less than the price of a ticket.

  • Cool

  • That would be very usefull...

  • I wish they'd stop using this woman to narrate. So monotone and lifeless.

  • She's gotten alot better. I'm not sure if she is taking elocution lessons or anything, but she is improving.

  • Not really.

  • stadium tickets? meh

  • I swear they're gonna make iPhone aps to stalk people.

  • yea i bet u theres gonna be live footage of ppl making out and f-ing and its gonna be the new porn for petobears...

  • what's the point?

  • HEY! Everyone who likes this womans voice please give this comment a THUMBS UP and everyone who dislike the voice give the comment a THUMBS DOWN and we'll se what opinion wins! =)

  • Murder being digitized in 3, 2, ....

  • I was just thinking that.

  • bad quality pics and looks too flat

  • everything takes gradual improvement. this is already a forward leap, imagine google earth with moving objects. obviously the next thing will be to go full 3d and improve the resolution. but that will take time.

  • well i don't like it, seeing the arial view of a place is one thing (it helps with landmarks and to see how nice a town is) its another thing, however, put people in it. I really cant see this used for good as much as I see it being missused for bad.

  • No more excuses for your boss when you can't get to work due to "bad weather".

  • i used to hate her voice. It made me want to vomit but hearing it again makes me realise how much I've missed it.

  • L0L XD

  • fuck off

  • that would be cool for us sitting in front of our computers. but it could get kinda ackward to the people on the street lol.

  • a lot more people would randomly flip off the sky

or watching someone break into your house while your still in it

  • Still looks pretty flat

  • kinda like daja vu movie

  • sweet

  • Because you have an over abundance of computing power to waste.

You know, I miss this voice.

  • and in the new version you can actually press a person on the street, find out his identity and see if he's been sleeping with your wife

    Im baffled by technology

  • This would overload my computer...and my computer is pretty good.

  • NEW WORLD ORDER WANTS THIS!!!!

  • "simulated" traffic...ppl will want up to the minute actual data of traffic flow

  • sweet i like it its purfect to see whats going on around the world

  • interesting im not sure why we need this but then again it would be nice to see things like lets say traffic in real time before and during your destination

  • Exactly, like if you are gonna drive away from work to home. Just go in and check how occupied the trafic is.

  • This is the death or privacy.

  • Wow, that will be really cool to see. Soon I will not need to travel anymore or even leave my house.

  • I hope they do this in GOOGLE MAPS.

  • they got sued because of similar system

  • this lady's sentences are what they played at abu ghraib to torture insurgents

  • Creepy

  • can they retrieve better...narrators?...is it that hard to find somebody that doesn't stress their words?... >:C

  • My motto, "Don't be interesting enough for anyone to want to spy on you."

  • looks great, wish the faces were not blurred though, surely its no more privacy ruining than looking out the window. but i suppose we must protect criminals at all costs because they would do the same for you.

  • I have nothing to hide. a lot of you sound very paranoid.

  • People with nothing to hide is always average people. The real danger is for the people who really think and, furthermore, people who think against certain ways of governmental or corporate oppression to the average people. It appears obvious that you are safe.

  • It wouldn't surprise me if this will be Google's next thing....

  • It would

  • Thier identity has been REMOVED 0:17 and as someone else mentioned they are being lifted from feeds that already exist.

  • yay stalking made easy :D... i mean that's just wrong...

  • That's insane...

  • This looks really cool

  • invasion of privacy much?

  • that would be cool for flight or driving simulator

  • you would love Britain they got cameras all over the place

  • But imagine fi anyone could use them to pretty much track you

  • That's what I have always been dreaming of!

Simulation of the real world which we can see at any perspective we want!

  • would never work in the USA. The US has some of the lowest broadband speeds in the world. Some places don't even have fiber optics.

You need fast download speeds to make this practicle.

  • commit a crime and you'll never get away

  • Identities are hidden from normal users but the people whose job it is to watch cctv would see anyway so i don't think it would change that much.

  • Very few have acces to that kind of data, and the ones that will have acces to this Surely already have acces to Anything they want to know about a person.

  • Right....so lets all live under a government microscope because we all know governments never misuse power..

  • Google is not a government, it's a corporation. And if there's one thing we've learned about corporations it's that we can trust them.

  • I hope youre joking. Corporations launder millions of dollars from their customers every year. What do you think caused the recession?

  • I was joking.

But that doesn't give you license to stereotype corporations.

  • Stating that thousands of corporations launder money isnt a stereotype. And why should you care

  • Telling people to not care about what you say is a really spineless way of backing off.

  • Youre pretty confused arent you...

Im telling you a fact that you had wrong, and you try to defend corporations. The only reason you would defend a corporation that launders money is because... YOU ARE AN EMPLOYEE IN A CORPORATION WHO STEALS MONEY!

Fuck you idiot. You were wrong, i proved your mistake. Get over it

  • Angry rawr!

  • Making assertions isn't the same as proving them.

  • You said corporations can be trusted.

    I said no they cant.

My evidence: Fannie Mae, AIG, Exxon. All of these MAJOR corporations have laundered millions and sometime billions of dollars.

Conclusion: You are wrong, corporations cant always be trusted.

How are you even debating this?

  • Getting people all excited about making "more realistic maps" is also a brilliant way to expedite Big Brother.

  • AWSUUUUUUUM

  • Our privacy down the drain

  • Not really, they just said cars and people will be "transformed". I'm guessing that means changed.

I see your point, just I don't agree it's any danger. The people who would want to use it (government) already keep track of us and the images/videos here aren't realtime so by the time someone discovers it's You, you'd be long gone.

  • nice stuff :)

  • wtf are you guys on about privacy, theres all ready 1000s of webcams up around the world that show live footage of streets.

you guys have gotta stop smoking crack it makes you paranoid.

  • even if it was a generic model, if you follow someone from where they live then you can track them all day...

  • Yeah this is kind of fucked up. A bit too far if you ask me.

  • I think tha'ts Awesome!! :D

they said in the video that your image would be changed to a generic model so no-one would know it would know it was you on the map.

Although you could watch sports games without paying for them so it's never going to happen :P

  • where's our privacy??!!

people you are so stupid ,

  • agreed, not to mention obama promised he would end government invasion of privacy but now is extending it past what bush did.

hes starting policy to allow internet monitoring, more freedom to tap phones and bank activity. hes even allowing for the holding of americans without trial or change on grounds of suspicion that you might do something wrong.

he is also going to further restrict gun laws and is forming new policy for forced injections. your constitiution is dead my friend.

  • your brain is dead

  • everything iv mentioned is easily found by google search.

you spend too much time watching tv. get information yourself hes broken a lot of promises, he isnt out for your best interest so wake up and learn exactly whats happening to your country!

  • I'm not an american and I don't waste my time watching tv.

I do however waste my time reading and replying to morons like you on youtube and I must stop it.

  • simply calling me a moron doesnt exactly make it clear which part of my comment you take issue with.

im not pulling this info out of my ass here, its all true and found in obamas promises before election and what hes done since.

so what exactly is so extreme that you cant wrap your head around it?

you seem to have completely missed the point if you ignore my subject and attack me instead.

  • i dont watch fox news, or any tv news. again i ask you to look the information up yourself before pointing fingers like this.

  • I'm a British citizen so it is really of nothing for me to worry about. but you certainly are scaremongering. of course 'forced injections' sounds a lot cooler than compulsory vaccination.

I think you spend too much time watching tv and more than likely too much time watching fox news.

and what has this got to do with obama anyway? this isn't a government project, this will be a private project probably funded by GOOGLE.

  • and google is sounds like Muggle. Muggles are in harry potter. Harry potter is a wizard, so hes a satanists. And whos satan? barack obama. Thats the connection.
