RI, I agree. Sometimes friends give us bad advice out of simply not knowing; NOT because they're trying to be malicious. That's no reason to DELETE them. The key is to seek out knowledgable mentors. Thank you for taking time to watch the video.

@randomimpulser and salesinfluence - You guys missed the point. He was saying to delete the conversation from your mind, not the person from your life. Holding onto and continuing to think about negative conversations keeps you from personal success. People do as well - but choosing to actually remove people from your life is a way bigger step than what he was getting at.

Holding onto negative moments in a day can drag you down and prevent you from true sucess. Sometimes, yes, you have to remove negative people from your life. But that is a way deeper concept than he was aiming at; removing people is a huge decision.
