Bradford rural? Not according to official figures (Census 2001). They show that it's a densely populated city. Census 2001 shows Bradford has an area of 366 square kilometres which has 1,276 people per square kilometre.

Money spent on this could have been put towards proper long-term projects that the people of Bradford want and not what the city council wants!
