  • Great play on the notes from the master himself. Luv it. His sickeningly good and such a show off rightly so.

  • No need for lyrics, his guitar sings...........

  • The one and only GREAT Jimmy Page

  • Que Calor en Phoenix!

  • the absolute musical genius...

  • The sound guy who did this show needs to get shot or something.

  • so much feeling in his right picking hand. Awesome one, luv that one

  • I like this version better.

  • this is wht brit music used to be. wht kind of crap we have these days ? 99% of so-called "singers" spends more time on make-up/dressing/photoshots, mime on stage & believe thts wht music is all abt..

  • Jimmy Page is the best!

  • @Vezyrek è verissimo!!!

  • I'm a 15 year old learning how to play guitar. I love the classics. Not the modern day music. I will admit some of it is good but the rest sucks.

  • you can tell he's gained weight, so that must mean at this point he's off of drugs (Or using the less druggy drugs...weeed) so his playing isnt as sloppy

  • He really enjoys the song :)

  • i read page is 1/8 chinese, the traits are dominant so thts why they are coming out

  • AND THIS IS THE BEST

  • 0 DISLIKE!! CHEER UP!!

  • no one dislike this video

  • damn its the best song i've ever heard

and no one dislike this video!!

  • shows how irreplaceable bonzo was....

and jimmy...you define music. did you know that?

  • the phenomenal Page !!

  • OMG!!!

  • this man is incredible musical monster for ever : with dazed and confused ...it changed music

  • magical, versatile, inventive, paranormal artist, charismatic !! greatest of all for ever Sir Jimmy Page y're the best of the best : you're music

  • awesome!

  • Great post, the sound is fantastic! There's a football game going on across the street from me and I thought I was hearing the crowd at the game and then realized it was the crowd in the video! Do you have anymore than you can post. Thanks!

  • has anyone seen the dvd with page the edge and jack white page teaches them some of his classic led zepp licks but i had to laugh when i first saw him now hes stopped using the hair dye he looks 100 years old my advice to him is dye it again or get a hair transplant because no one will recognise him as he is but he is a legend

  • @shredmaster100 it's called "aging with dignity " . My advice to all the other aging rockers who are all cosmetic props and hair dye is this ; if your material is good , it does not matter if you "look 100 yrs old " . Jimmy does not need recognition , he has absolutely nothing to prove . He looks like what he is , a musical icon in his mid 60's.

  • I don't like the drums. Lacks the rhythm that makes the song its edge. Jimmy Page was amazing in this though, the fucking best there is.

  • Great song, but why does he switch the neck selector at 4:29?

  • @android927 Through most of the song he has both necks on because while he's playing one, the other, because it has been left on, syncopates with the neck he is playing to give in a fuller, chimy sound.

  • I think Page does a great version here......this is about the time he starts to play good again.......Saw him in Cleveland April 1977.......He played awesome that evening.....That was a hit or miss tour back then....He did get some terrible reviews on that tour.....The drugs really had a hold on him then.....I remember how skinny he was.....When i say skinny i mean concentration camp skinny!!!

  • amem

  • omg.. this pwnd me through my computer.

  • Page is by far my favorite guitarist that lived during the 70's. long live Page and Zeppelin the greatest rock band!

  • @gibsmun1854 Amen

  • i'd liek to see him sing this song :D lol When he sings She Just Satisfies it was assume. So why not this?

  • well, of all his performances of stairway, he could and will never match the solo in his madison square garden performance with led. that solo was just too perfect.

  • @Ellegendarioal lies and slander. there are far better ones if u are referring to 1973

  • @Ellegendarioal best solo was 77 at the LA Forum, off the famous Listen to this Eddie Bootleg

  • Does he play different notes in his live intros than the record's song?

  • @yooo711 He sure does. Just like Blind Melon use to mess with theirs.

  • yes he does

  • although i find his guitar playing a little sloppy, page is stil one of my heroes. LOVE IT AND I LOVE THIS SONG

  • @Padingtonslamin same here, i can play the solo actually a bit more fluid than he does live, but the writing is phenominal!

  • yeah, so you can play it better than him, but HE CREATED it, you're just playing his licks, so get over yourself!!! The beauty is in the creativity, not the copying of somebody else's style!!!

  • so it's sloppy, that's what is endearing about his playing! It's honest and not played over a bunch of prerecorded crap! Many times there are MAGICAL moments in his playing! Can you say that about your playing

  • Exactly, I am VERY VERY sorry if i came across that way, this is one of the most beutiful songs created and jp is a studio genious that only few will ever live up to, and I very much agree with your second post, jimmy is a geniouse that NOONE can copy, it would be like a heavy metalhead trying jazz, it just cant be done, like vai cant play yngvie etc. I am very sorry if what i said was sound like critisiscim, jimmy is one of the best, a true idol.

  • and addressing the first comment, your exactly right, playing the notes is absoluetley nothing compared to the feeling and meaning of the artist

  • wow, that was unfortunate!

  • LMAO @ TheOstrowski....That's a pretty fair observation, I must say. It's good to know that Jason was drummin' zed0469.....thanx man.

Page is and always will be in a class all his own.

I'm not sayin' he's the best but, I don't think he could be re-invented by anybody.

Thanx m4ad for putting this up....

  • Jimmy Page- musical genius!!

  • He starts to look more Chinese as he gets older... Compare him now to back the 70s... He didn't even look Chinese back then.

  • @TheOstrowski yeah, whats up with that?!?, he still plays pretty well though!

  • @TheOstrowski youre so right, i had also notice that

  • yah, he's my god too

  • not like Earl's court 1975, but Jimmy is Jimmy the best

  • WOAHHH..damn I haven't seen him this clean in a while...what tour was this? With Coverdale?

  • Outrider in 1988. Jason Bonham was the drummer.

  • john bonham

  • no JASON BONHAM (John BONHAM's son) John Bonham passed away in 1980....RIP

  • i miss bonham <3

  • he peaked in 1973 in my opinion

  • this guy is my god...

  • greatest guitarist inspiration!!!

  • Super!

  • The music is poetry on its own, I'm not dissing Bobby Plant but you dont really need any lyrics when "that" is playing. not to say that I don't like the normal version just as much

  • @mani742 who the f@ck is Bobby Plant??

  • @mani742 who the f@ck is Bobby Plant?? stupid....

  • @mietak5 bobby is short for Robert stupid...

  • Is it just me , or does he seem to be Either drunk or high on some drug ?

  • its just you. full stop

  • He used to be on heroin.

  • oo nice!

  • Perfection!

  • Magic
