Well, this isn't ASAP; but good advice to those reading. Real 55Monking comes from Hardmode(HM) outside of Bergen Springs, or farming Hydras outside of Augury Rock. Troll farming is al about luck and powerleveling.

Mo/W is undoubtedly the most common (and probably most effective) 55 Monking build. The reason is use you warrior defense skills, which can help you cast spells without getting interrupted.

thats a pretty crappy build u should go Mo/E or then E/A its much much much faster ^^sliver armor^^and all the other earth adjacent foe blah blah skillz kill allot faster..

for all of u MO/E skills 1 healing brezee

2 protective spirit (always keep these going) 3 mending 4 balthazars spirit 5 aftershock 6 shield of judgement 7 blessed aura  then a skill of ur own choice

runes:smiting prayer 2, healing prayers 1, protections prayers 1 and divine favour 1

armour: the one u can buy in droks. grim cesta -50 and Totem axe

Now .. the runes will give u 75- health ea run thats 105 health then equip grim cesta and u will lose and additional 50 health thats 55 health.
