  • This is an important exercise that helps you gain enough strength to scale a fence. Scaling a fence could save your life someday if you are ever being pursued by a killer and you each a dead end. That's why police and soldiers have to do it to pass training.

  • I am 40 and couldn't do what that guy just did.lol He has given me some inspiration to get back into weight training though.

  • good work for his age! I'm good at supinated chins but the pronated pullups and neutral grip kill my shoulders for some reason.
