we are going the snd week in Jan. We havn't booked yet, we are still looking for resorts. I want a resort where there are no waves and perfect for snorkling. I just fell in love with snorkling last time.

Grand Palladium, Gran Bahia Principe and the Barcelo complex are good for that. In a more quiet and intimate setting, the Iberostar Cozumel has great snorkeling right at the pier with lots of different fish. Also a cruise on the Fury catamaran to the Palancar reef is awesome. We had a great snorkeling excursion on the mainland that took us to Akumal, then a cenote and finally into a cave. We also love snorkeling.
