They don't spank real babies after their born anymore in hospitals and Home births - Because of safety reasons they don't hang them up side down it can hurt the babies little bodies and Can cause brain damage and About 40 years ago they stopped doing that in the usa.....Most babies are too damm little to be handled in an uncomfortable matter!!!! and They have small joints and Floppy bodies and Too much spanking can lead to redness and Burses,,
