  • Wow...can't imagine how much it must have hurt to move all that weight an entire 4". Jeezus, kids! The amount of weight means NOTHING if you're form and range of motion suck. You want size? Drastically reduce the amount of weight, lower your arms to 90% extension then curl all the way up with control and isolation. Quit trying to show off when there's nothing for you to show! The bar is thicker than your arms and always will be if you keep "training" like this.

  • i knew just from the thumbnail you wouldnt have any range of motion with that weight. im sure theres some stimulation form that 10 degrees of motion where the muscle is under extreme weight but i think its mostly a waste of time
