In answer to the above question
1. It is cheaper to buy papers and tobacco, then pre-rolled
2/3. People roll because its cheaper, and it kinda feels good to be smoking your own creation- bit of pride really.
That one above way was too loose though and would go out after a few tokes, or even fall apart.
