In addition to that, Schwartzenegger signed into law in October, 2009, that the state WILL recognize marriages from ANY state where is was legal before Prop 8, even if they move TO California. 2 things.
1. what he did was a crime and is punishable by a prison sentence, as he is one who knew he had aids, he is fully responsible and is required by law to disclose his status to the person he has sex with.
2. HIV came from monkeys and was a result of hunters eating their meat for food or sex tourists looking for animal sex. HIV did not come from gay people. straight people got HIV first, then spread it to other peoples of gender and sexuality.

Although what they did in California with Prop. 8 was wrong, it does not affect me. I live in New York, and although NY does not perform same sex marriages, they honor same sex marriages performed elsewhere :) Vermont is just a short drive away.

What happened here in California, prop 8, is correct and I along with the Mormon and Catholic Church played a big part in it's passage. Prop 8 will be upheld here in California and there are many other states looking at passing similiar laws to ban perverted gay men from marrying each other.
