This song is titled Marisa Stole the Precious Things produced by a group called IOSYS. This is a vocalized remix of an original track called Doll Judgement from a series of games called Touhou. The game its from is called Perfect Cherry Blossom and the games are horrendously difficult but fun shooting games. Original composer is ZUN. Out of characters.
