This movie is called Europa. The boy they take up and measure is a jewish boy. The Nazies have no idea he is jewish. He looks aryan, but he is not. I have this movie on DVD. You can get it on E-bay. Very good movie. But it has subtitles. The boy later finds his brother in a russian camp after the concentration camps have been liberated. All the rest of his family had been murdered by the nazies.
