  • I fractured my olecronon. A doctor told me the tricep, pulled and fractured the bone.

    I like to use a rice bucket and lots of pronation drills. Remember to work the decelerators or your arms breaking system. I also like to do core stablization exercises that work the scaps as well.

  • Where on your arm did you break it? I didn't break my arm but I'm getting some pretty bad tendonitis when I throw, any tips for rehabilitation and just things to do to help get a healthy arm?
