he was not murdered. He grew up telling people he wanted to join the 27 club. Look that up if you don't know what it is. Anyways it involves a pattern of musicians all dying at the age of 27. He took his life when he was 27 to fulfill that. I'm not saying this is the only reason, of course. He was very depressed but this had to have been a factor. if you think and read about it, it makes sense. I have read his journals that were published after he died. they talk about it.

I've been a Nirvana fan since 1992 and all I could say about his life and his music is as follows:
Kurt was a great musician, the best in the 90's, he wrote amazing songs, and I don't give a fuck if people now say that he didn't write the lyrics for SLTS etc. On the other hand, I don't like him as a person. He was sad ok but that's not a good reason to commit suicide. There're other people who live far worse than he lived
The autopsy was botched though it did reveal that he had not 1 but 3 times the lethal dose of heroin in system at time of death. Experts all agree that he would have immediately passed out with the needle in his arm, not put it neatly away. He also wouldn't have had the capacity to pick up a gun let alone pull a trigger. The Seattle police screwed up their crime scene so immensely that they had to write it off as suicide rather than admit their mistakes.

I've been a Nirvana fan since 1992 and all I could say about his life and his music is as follows:
Kurt was a great musician, the best in the 90's, he wrote amazing songs, and I don't give a fuck if people now say that he didn't write the lyrics for SLTS etc. On the other hand, I don't like him as a person. He was sad ok but that's not a good reason to commit suicide. There're other people who live far worse than he lived

The autopsy was botched though it did reveal that he had not 1 but 3 times the lethal dose of heroin in system at time of death. Experts all agree that he would have immediately passed out with the needle in his arm, not put it neatly away. He also wouldn't have had the capacity to pick up a gun let alone pull a trigger. The Seattle police screwed up their crime scene so immensely that they had to write it off as suicide rather than admit their mistakes.

Scrolling through comments tells me some people are ill-informed so in a nutshell; Kurt shot himself. Kurt's music blew Courtney's ass out of the water. Kurt was in rehab for a little while before he committed suicide because of his addiction to heroin and cocaine, so after he got out of rehab, which didn't help much he went home to shoot up and then he shot himself in the forehead.
