He says that it's made by Dave Wojick. The thing is, he has the red and black one but in the magazine it also shows a white one in an early days photo.

My friends band Curbstone Beauty opened for these guys last night at the Crofoot in Pontiac,MI. After seeing my friends band play they asked them if they wanted to play some Canadian shows with them. We were hangin with them backstage and they were asking us to call anyone we knew who could get them some quality smoke because they had to leave it behind when crossing the border. They left us the rest of thier beer. Cool guys. If you see them on their US tour, hook them up if ya got dank herb.

I saw these guys a few times in the north east in '81 - '83. They opened for a lot of bands. They were a heavy sounding 70's band then. I have listened to some recent stuff & it still sounds like that bad arena rock I remembered 28 yrs ago. Not keeping up with the times killed these guys. Their contemporaries changed over time, these guys did not. Some bands made it, a lot of great bands didn't. Once your in your 50's, it's time to do something else.

The part that stuck with me was when they were with the EMI record executive to present Thirteen and he made the comment about how the landscape of music has changed, and then later EMI rejected Thirteen because they thought it wouldn't sell. I want that retard executive to know he was WRONG! The PEOPLE decide what will sell and what they like, not some asshole in a suit. Buy Thirteen and show that asshat he was WRONG! Every sale shows him how wrong he was!
