Have you tried plugging the controller in? I know sometimes that helps to register the controller.

I've just checked, and apparently this is happening to a lot of other people. So I guess there's not really a lot that can be done right now, sorry :(

3.0 seems to have created a few other little problems with certain games, one being Uncharted. So I guess we'll be seeing a 3.01 pretty soon.

I prefer the "Sony Computer Entertainment" boot-up to the new "PS3" one, and why was the "PLAYSTATION 3" with the chime (when you started a game) scrapped? I loved it!

So it would be nice in a future update to have settings for these options because i know some people will like the new update but some who have had the PS3 for sometime (like me) will prefer the classic settings for these simple but effective themes.

All I want is an option to select a music playlist to play while you're in the XMB!!! That way when you turn on the ps3 the music starts playing!!!

You can have that anyway, just play your music and press the PS button on the controller.
