I also kinda have a fear of public speaking. Sometimes I really get the shakes if I have to speak into a microphone (usually if it's not rehearsed). Other times I'll just be answering a question in class and I'll feel myself turning red or breathing shallow. Mentally I don't actually feel embarrassed...it's just a physical reaction that, for whatever reason, I can't control. It's really strange. o.O

2 main things: VERY enclosed spaces! I am not totaly claustrophobic as I can walk in between tightly spaced pallets where I work. It's the spelunkers that freak me out. Crawling on your belly in a 18 inch diameter tube in rock! GAHHH!!! How I sat through "The Descent" I don't know? I also have a smaller fear of drowning. I can swim. It's the fear of being under water and not being able to surface! Like being in a car underwater. Oh, BTW. I was afraid of thunder....till age 13!
