Yeah there's about 800 people in my school and we have about 2 or 3 people who are obese. They really are not that common. Yeah every now and then you see somebody who is super obese but just because there's one obese person does that mean there's many of them.

Usually, all the obese people here stay at home. It really depends on where you go; some cities are more spread out, so people drive instead of walk and get more overweight. For instance, here in Seattle you see very few overweight people.

Also, while in Europe I saw about the same weight distribution as in America; the problem seems to be on both sides of the Atlantic.
