I would like to say that I have been a guest of the Chesapeake resort on a number of occasions in the past 4 years, and it has been an excellent experience each and every time my family comes to the Keys. It is a very elegant and relaxed environment at the resort, with beautiful views everywhere, and close access to everything from fishing to fine dining. A+
My husband and I celebrated our 20th anniversary @ the chesapeake beach resort in Aug 08.
We had a fantastic time and cannot wait to return!
While snorkeling in the lagoon, we spotted a manatee, parrot fish, baby sting rays, an octopus and many other wonderful sights!
The staff was excellent and the room was clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed the brazilian steakhouse right next door.
