u thought so? nah, i sticked all the stickers along with the captions beside the pics. They liked it much and really gave time to view all our pics ;) it would be up to u if u want to be creative or not, we r not the same... yeah stupid, that's ur opinion but it helped a lot of fiancees already who had undergone visa processing...God bless...

Dont worry very niec video. And it is very helpful Im doing A CR-1 for my husband but for the interview i still need the same proof. so you help me alot with getting ready with it. Im about to finish with NVC and hope to have a Interview for March, Thanks for the video again its very helpful.

well i found out ONLY THE IMARGENT has to be at the apointment u can go but u have to wait outside lol. But anywho i am geting ready even if the visa part has not fully started i dont wana waste anytime lol when they say jump we are jumping

Im doing the i130 it was apovered and now its time for the aplation, im wondering do both persons need to be at the interview? are just the imargent ? Im filleing for my husband and its in juarez im to scared to go lol

just relax... having ur husband will let u feel at ease but it won't guarantee that ull pass if there's somthing wrong with ur papers. Going alone or with hubby won't make any changes to the result of ur interview. With all the proper documents, ull be OK even without hubby. goodluck

the U.. citizen files the i130. If it is approvedt hen the foreign spouse files a visa application and attends the interview in Ciudad Juarez. The U.S. spouse does not need to attend the interview but may if they want to go. If the foreign spouse was in the U.S. already, such as when they have a K3 visa, then both must attend the interview which is then held in the U.S..
