i visited for a short time and found there school to be a breath of fresh air. well equipped with good training bags, cardio classes, weights, and very good fighters to knock around with. the brothers chong were extremely friendly to me, they held pads for free, and offered alot of useful tips. ive trained in many gyms around the world- including thailand. the brothers have a good intentioned gym. lay off.

im not comparing myself to any great pro fighter. ive moved around with some of the best fighters in the world. remi bonnel from france being one of thebest to date. ive moved around with khunpn, rachasak, etc. i trained in thailand and i have enough hard fights under my belt to know that quentin is pretty good. hes flashy like most fighters. so what?
