This is Richard Simmons and his mother, Shirley Simmons. I just read this in his autobiography called "Still Hungry After All These Years". His parents used to work in show business. He was asked to do a workout video with his mom and other celebrities parents so their generation had an exercise video. His mom enjoyed it and wanted to do more, so a couple of years later, they did this Citibank commercial. This is on pg 252-253.
@valcheeks funny because I read that book recently. I wish I knew what year this commercial was. Around 1988-89? That celebrities parents workout video mentioned was made in 1986.
