dont ever be tempted to spend money resolving this issue . burn ophcrack to a disc its free , insert the disk , restart your comp and ophcrack will start before windows boots , hence giving you the password , hope this helps

Looking into this more and this is not a free program,Looks like 1450.00 dollars I believe.If there is a free one out there other than Bittorent please direct me the right way.
